Choosing to begin coaching is a big step, and it’s important that the process feels clear, manageable, and tailored to you. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your teenager, or as a parent of a neurodivergent young adult, this coaching model is designed to meet you where you are — with flexibility, respect, and a focus on practical outcomes.
Sessions for local clients can be one-to-one and held face-to-face in a quiet, supportive environment. For those under 18 this can be at your home, school or a place you feel safe to be yourself. Online sessions are also 1:1 and held in a quiet private space; these occur across Teams. Each session lasts for 60 minutes and is focused entirely on your goals, needs, and experiences. Nothing is scripted. Instead, we work together to shape the direction of each session based on what feels most relevant to you that week.
I recommend starting with a short course of five weekly sessions. This gives us time to build a working relationship, identify the areas where you need the most support, and begin applying realistic strategies that align with your lifestyle. That said, one-off sessions are also available if that suits your needs better.
Sessions may cover a wide range of areas including emotional regulation, executive function, stress management, school or work challenges, or identity exploration. You might arrive with a clear focus or feel unsure where to begin — either way is completely fine. The process is flexible, non-judgemental, and built around your own pace.
I also offer a free 30-minute consultation session before any coaching begins. This gives us the opportunity to connect, ask and answer questions, and ensure that the approach feels like a good fit. This session can take place over the phone or in person, depending on what works best for you. For adolescent clients, I recommend that a parent or guardian attends the initial consultation to provide context and support.

If you’re ready to work with a coach who truly understands neurodivergent experiences, I’d love to support you.
